Privacy Policy

We may collect the following categories of information:

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, a display name.

User-uploaded content. Photos and images you upload for video generation are transmitted to our servers and to Google's Veo API for processing. We store generated videos temporarily to allow you to download them.

Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the App, including features used, credits consumed, generation history, and device identifiers.

Purchase data. In-app purchase transactions are processed by Apple. We receive a receipt confirming your subscription status but do not store your payment card details.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features
• Process video generation requests using Google Veo 3.1
• Manage your account, credits, and subscription status
• Send transactional communications (receipts, generation confirmations)
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Google LLC — your uploaded images are transmitted to Google's Veo API to generate video. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and their API terms of service.

Hosting and infrastructure providers — cloud services that host and store App data on our behalf, bound by confidentiality obligations.

Legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Generated videos are stored for 7 days after creation and then automatically deleted from our servers. Uploaded source images are deleted immediately after the generation job completes.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us at the address below.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
